- All CRNA team, full CRNA autonomy and close knit community of coworkers
- Scope of work:
- Regional Blocks
- Obstetrics
- Pediatric
- Thoracic
- Major Vascular
- Outpatient Anesthesia
- No Cardiac or Neuro Anesthesia Cases
- Call: Balanced on-call responsibilities averaging once every sixth night, rotating.
- Always off after first call
- No nights or weekends except when on call
- Qualify for loan repayment programs
- Salary of $300-320k starting with potential increases
- Comprehensive benefits, family insurance, HSA (1k/year), dental & vision, malpractice w/tail, 401(k) with 5% match after one year, and deferred comp plans
- 7 weeks PTO, $10k CME stipend every 2 years
- Relocation assistance of $15k and paid interview expenses
