Seeking full-time W-2 CRNA to join a leading healthcare system serving the Fort Dodge area of Iowa. Located just 2 hours east of Sioux City.

The system is an integrated health system, providing care throughout Iowa, western Illinois, and southern Wisconsin for non-for-profit hospitals, clinics and home health settings. The system serves nearly 8 million patients of all different types, including 100,000 surgeries annually.

Job Description:

Fort Dodge, IA - CRNA - Hospital - $300k + 7 weeks PTO + Benefits

• FT annual salary $300k, $20k sign on + $5k relocation
